Trip to OHIO

Here I am with my super model friend Sarah. While I was out in Ohio looking for places to live she and her cute family were so nice to take good care of me. She showed me a few of the amazing malls that they have in Columbus. I especially liked the one with all the lights above your head.
One of the fountains through out the outdoor mall. I had a lot of fun while I was there. I am really going to like living out there for four years with Todd. We are hoping to close on a condo here in the next month or two so we have a place to move out to come August or September. I also got to go to my friends ward which will be the ward we will go to and the people were all so nice and welcoming. I am so happy we made the decision to go to Ohio. We are going to make so many fun memories out there.

Book Signing Craziness

Here are all us gals who got the chance to go to Stephenie Meyers book signing. There were some crazy people there who just worshiped Stephenie and they freaked us all out a lot. We just sat back and laughed at the stuff people would do to get themselves to be the center of attention. Either way it was fun to be able to get our books signed and to be able to listen to her speak for about 20 minutes.
Here is my cute mom working hard that night. She was there until midnight standing on her feet the entire day so she was beat when the night was all over. You are amazing MOM!!!
Here she is......the star of the night......the Stephenie Meyers for all of you who are fans of her books.

Two Little Love Birds...

I can't believe I forgot to post Todd and I's 4 year anniversary. With last month being so busy between Todd graduating from BYU, to booking flights to Ohio, and much more I never posted a happy thought about our special day. On April 23 we celebrated our 4 wonderful years together. We kept it very low key this year because of all our upcoming extra expenses to get us ready for our big move out of Utah. I am so blessed to have married my best friend, I know that is a typical cheesy story but really he is. I have known him since we were 17 years old and have grown a lot over the years together. I am so appreciative of his wonderful drive and will to work hard in all that he does. Thanks Todd for being my everything!!

Twilight Fans.....

I am so excited tonight I am going with all my sisters and mom to the Stephenie Meyer's book signing at Thanksgiving point. I have loved her Twilight series and can't wait to read the final book of this series in August. Since my mom works at Borders she was able to buy all us some tickets along with the new book she has out called "Host." We get to have Stephenie sign our "Host" books along with two other books of our choice. It will be fun to have my books personalized by the author herself. She is an amazing writer and her books have really gotten me back into reading. It's good to keep my brain enlightened since I have been out of school for over 4 years. A lot of us have really been looking forward to this fun night. I will have to tell you about it later.

Random Pictures....

Here is Todd scrubbing hard to get egg of his car. For some reason every Friday night some random teenage kids decide to drive down the road we live on and egg ever car that is parked out on the street. This has been going on for over a month now. My car has been egged once and Todd's car has been egged twice. I am upset because it cracks the paint on our cars damaging it just because these dumb kids wanted to play pranks. It has happened to several different neighbors several different times too. Lame kids, I wish we could catch them and call the police.
Todd and I with our good friends Clint and April. We all went for a nice bike ride up Provo canyon on a Saturday afternoon and had a picnic. The weather was a bit chilly but it felt nice once you were working up a sweat. We are really going to miss the mountains when we move out of Utah. So we have to enjoy them as long as we can.
Todd and I just taking a break at Brida Veil Falls.
This was a fun girls night out. All my sisters, mom, and sister-in-law went to dinner at the Cheesecake Factory and did some shopping. We had the worst experience at the Cheesecake Factory ever. This was my very first time eating at one and it hopefully won't be my last. We waited over an hour and a half to get seated on a Wednesday night at 6 pm (might I add) and the service was terrible. We complained to the manager and we all got to take home free cheesecake slices. That part was nice but the fact that we were there for almost 3 hours didn't make up for it. Oh well, we all made jokes the whole night about it to lighten up the tension.
This is one of my closest and dearest friends Monica. We have known each other since we were in junior high. Even though our lives can be so busy and we hardly get to see each other it's so much fun to sit and talk with her. We laugh and chat each others ears off just like we did when we were younger. We have such a fun friendship that I will always cherish.

I finally did it!

I am happy to say that on Tuesday night I swam the full half mile in the pool with out stopping. I had a goal to go as far as I could and it just felt good so I kept on going. It brought up my confidence so much when I was done. I even finished in under 18 minutes too. So I am feeling more hopeful to doing this triathlon. It's a month away from yesterday which is coming pretty quick. I have to say, that swimming is a whole different type of cardio that whips you into shape. I have been use to all the running and biking since that is all I have done so it's been nice to take myself out of my comfort zone. Anyway, enough rambling on about nonsense.

One more wisdom tooth???

Here is Todd after getting his 5th wisdom tooth pulled. Yep you heard me right, he grew in another wisdom tooth. His mom had the very same thing which is so weird. He had his first 4 pulled before his mission and this latest one grew in over the last year. So needless to say, he had it pulled out in less than 5 minutes. I might add that he wanted to be put under so he wouldn't feel anything. He was hilarious coming out of the "good stuff." He let me take all sorts of pictures of him and he was dancing to the songs that were on the over head speakers. I had a good old time laughing at him. He didn't' remember a thing he did when I told him. I guess it was well worth it for the two of us. Todd is finally done with his surgeries before we leave for school. He will be good to go for a long time hopefully. We wanted to get anything that needed to be taken care of while we are on my works insurance. It's nice to have those benefits to rely on. Here is to good health in the future!!!
